Situated in a far away place like West Coast, Prosperous Kitchen do not have the luxury of having hoardes of customers walking in their doors anytime of the day, irregardless whether intentionally or by chance. Thus, they have tried to entice people living around that area by offering many varieties of Chinese food at very affordable prices, probably to cater to families that are mostly low-to-middle income. After trying slightly more than half of all their choices offered at their ala-carte dinner buffet, sure, there are bound to be hits-and-misses, but given the very affordable prices, the standard is pretty satisfactory. A place to consider if you are staying around that area, and want to bring your family or a group of friends (prefably 4 people and above to maximise the portions served) for a simple air-conditioned cze-char meal.

Prosperous Kitchen
